Delete your account and data

You can delete your Fiordland Wapiti Foundation app account at any time.

In the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. On the Home tab, tap the profile button in the top corner.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This deletes your sign-in straight away. If the app says you need to sign in again first, sign out, sign back in, and try again.

Deleting your returns

To delete a single return, open the Returns tab, swipe left on the return and tap Delete. This removes it straight away and keeps your account.

Returns you've submitted are kept as part of the Foundation's wildlife records unless you ask for them to be deleted. To delete your account and all of your returns, or if you can't get into the app, email ben.hunter.robertson@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my FWF app account". Your account and returns will be deleted within 30 days, and you'll get a reply when it's done.
